As the Director – Operations Manager at YUVA SANGHARSH, he plays a vital role in planning, coordinating, and implementing programs that create positive and sustainable impact within communities. He has worked with reputed organizations including Paani Foundation, Sant Kabir NGO, Reliance Foundation, Shikshana Foundation, and Deepsatambha Farmer Producer Company Limited, gaining valuable expertise in project management, community engagement, leadership, and capacity building.
